I own only 2 laggards at the moment..PGO and IO.. From 12.44, I think PGO is in the early stages of Wave 3 up...Wave (i) of 3 rose 3.06 pts to 15.50, wave (ii) bottomed yesterday at 14.13 so minimum wave (iii) should be 17.19. Once past 15.50, next resistance, based on momentum, is 18.13-18.88 area.......It is of course possible that we only did the A wave of Wave 2 down to 14.13 and that after failing to exceed 15.50 it goes a bit below 14.13 for the C wave (but not below 12.44). Today may tell the tale as to whether or not it can take out 15.50
