Not necessarily. If not Monday, it could be announced Tuesday, Wednesday, etc. There may be administrative and legal snafus that have nothing to do with having collected an actual majority of the bondholders.

Unfortunately we just don't know.

However, Softbank did say that they would be investing before andy spin off/IPO, so that could be announced at any time.
