WOW indeed! I just joined the NRA and last night took a hand gun safety class. The class was on loading, unloading, mal- functions, stance, cleaning and care. Then they had some cop come in for about an hour and talk to us about shooting people. The cop did talk about how to shoot someone but if you actually could shoot someone. I don't think any of the 30 of us in that class could shoot someone. What if you miss, what if you hit, what if you've mistaken the situation. If you don't know what the NRA is about you should should check them out, and take your son. You'll probably be disappointed to know that they don't teach how to build pipe bombs. But they could teach your son how to react when one of his friends eventually shows him a gun. Is it loaded, can I disarm the gun, what's this do...
