I agree with your assessment, but the comparison of P/E's is not realistic. NITE's multiple is based on it's near monopoly over online transaction executions AND it's large size and liquidity. Still believe SWS is a buy, however; would expect a less meteoric rise in share price over the next few Quarters than that of NITE. Regards,
