The last P&F signal for PAIR was a buy. We're currently in a column of o's and need 11 1/2 to reverse up. Right now it appears that the mark to beat is 11 1/4. That's where PAIR found resistance yesterday, too, and it's the level of another tight trading range from four sessions back. Today's move out of the tight trading range is promising, though. --Doug

PAIR just went up to 11 3/16 RT.
