Hi Brother,

The reasons for wanting to join a company before it comes public are the stock options, the stock options, and the stock options. The potential payoff is much greater if the company's income hasn't yet been capitalized, and the compensation paid doesn't really come out of the pockets of the principals.

I haven't seen Cole's statement yet, but you have given me reason to check it out. From the standpoint of the company, I see no effect on business or planning, but they will have to do "something" to deal with shareholder questions, as Mr. Cole was the point man in investor relations.
