Bob and thread,

I dumped my shares when I heard of the possibility of issuing new shares, so I am no longer long. I rode the babe down and was grateful to get out with a smallish loss...hell, I thought it was a total writeoff in December. Anyway, I continue to monitor and will consider re-entering after the meeting. I would love it if you could report.

Anyway, I received my annual report a couple of days ago. Geez, these people are clueless when it comes to IR. I mean, the most important product any public company sells is their stock, and they nickle and dime the annual report and did a 10-K Wrap. I think that paints a very weak picture of management, indicating they are not interested in courting the Street and are not serious about communicating to investors...at least that is my take. I want to be wowed by the report, and considering how exciting the industry is NRID management totally dropped the ball.

Finally, I never thought (and still don't) thing that GTW would be interested in NRID. I just didn't get it. However, the more I think about it, it seems that NRID would dovetail much better with VRSN or SDTI...some company with either inflated stock as currency or a pile of cash. What do you think?

good luck all,

Minos
