Bot 3000 at .45 and got an immediate execution. The ask did not move, so I Bot another 3000 at .45 and the ask did not move. While I had the broker on line I tried to buy more at .45 but was told I needed to wait 5 minutes. Didn't have the time to wait on the phone. What's going on with this stock?
