I think "strategic alternatives" should be translated to "please buy us". I wouldn't get into this issue; just now they've cut back expenses after years of floundering. Either its the wrong business, the wrong timing, or bad execution. But a bigger player is expected to pick up the ball, that is what the obscure "BT alex brown" enlistment entails, I suspect. Something to salvage the enterprise. Greg
