But no, Clinton doubles his bombing runs and turned away from any negotiations. That boy is having too much fun bombing Yugoslavia to rubble. Get ready for 200,000 troops to be sent in and the fighting to spill into Hungry. This will be a headache for whomever is elected in 2,000.
