Jatin, I've been disappointed most every time I held a stock waiting for a buy out and any company I could suggest in Telxon's case would just be wishful thinking. I really think a buy out is more of a long shot than a probability. Bottom line....I don't even have a good guess. I've read the balance sheet several times and must confess that it isn't clear to me how much cash they have left over from the sale. They talk about the pay off of inter-company loans, etc. I'll try to get some info from my broker and let you know. I know a couple of things for sure, they are getting their production act together, they put in a CEO that is intent on increasing shareholder value and the price of the stock is heading in the right direction. I'll ride it!!! Now if the market will just pull itself together. Good luck.... Jim
