Derek,

I thought we were behind the curve on this mp3 deal, but now it seems apparent that SNDK was cautious and waited for others to clear the underbrush and step on the land mines. We will be better positioned for the mp3 craze in the coming months and years as newer devices are developed, copyright issues are resolved and bandwith concerns go away.

The market will ripen just as high capacity MMC cards hit the street.
