BIDS's PR firm should be shot for the way they handled the transition to Nasdaq. Absolutely unacceptable.

They should of tried to build U.S. brand awareness well before the stock ever started trading. The executives should of been making the rounds to brokers and investment bankers at least a month before the listing and not after it.

Anyone could of realized that many Canadians were itching to sell after the listing therefore they should of created a plan to soften that blow.

In addition, press releases describing the company should of been distributed immediately after the listing. They would of highlighted the Dutch auction concept, business strategies, the alliances with AOL, 24/7 and Rogers Media, international exposure, etc.

Lastly, why were they so tight lipped during the initial freefall? Say something about the drop not being warranted and we have no explanation for it. When your stock drops more than 66% in 3 days you don't sit on your hands and do nothing.

What U.S. investors are going to buy BIDS now after this poor performance? The company better get their act together and fast.
