I repeat, all questions on the login and access problems to andy@marketgems.com. That is the support e-mail number and not the SI thread. I am not the webmaster and he has been hired to take care of these problems which are usually perceived and not actual. Everything is on the website as I have it open on my other computer. You are not refreshing your browser.
