Rare Medium Los Angeles Hosts 1999 Webby Awards Simulcast Celebration

The winners in each category were chosen by a diverse panel of judges which included musician David Bowie, film director Darren Aronsky, Virgin Atlantic's Richard Branson, ABC's Dr. Dean Edell, political columnist Arianna Huffington, San Francisco 49er's Tim McDonald and San Francisco Museum of Modern Art's David Ross.
