In regard to the registration. When employees register it doesn't mean there automatically selling. There options may be going stale and need to register. Now Freedman has filed to sell in which he probably all ready sold. Considering the fact he hasn't sold anything in 7 years it really isn't a big deal. If you look at Steve Jpobs from Apple he sold all his shares when Apple was having a rough time at 17 and the next week MSFT made an investment that shot the stock up to 28. When an employee's net worth is 100% tied to the stock there is no reason he shouldn't sell, of matter of fact it would be stupid not to. The big misconception is, even though employees register it doen't automatically mean there selling.
