Not only logging on, but each chart is taking forever to draw. Opening a new window also is super slow. I'm a Mac user and there appears to be no support for the Mac. I was told by the Wizard that he knew nothing about the Mac and was referring my queries to the Mac programmer. After 2 weeks I've still received no reply. The gap open down list, yesterday, was rediculous. Of the ten stocks listed 7 were not gap open down. In fact 2, including BVSN was a gap open up. I've had 3 crashes in the first hour, today, and have redownloaded the program for the third time. I think they have a serious problem with inadequate servers. Mac Oliver
