Re: Signage.

My understanding of signage improvements from my conversation with Chs. Goyette was that they were going to make the fast food section in the Walmart appear far more like a McDonalds with bright, catchy color advertising on posters, high fit and finish for the service areas so they are professional and ergonomic in design. Apparently most Walmart locations do look like the Woolworth food service areas... so any money spent should improve traffic.

Other posts brought up good questions:
Q: Does Alanco own the Fryers?
A: If not, what great marketing these guys are doing! If all they do is set up the hardware and the software and get a piece of the action, then these guys are savvy. Take a peek at previous posts I made on ALAN: ALAN has made comments about debt they will need to take on to finance the growth of the Sgt.Fry Guy division, so doesn't that imply that they have financed these units? I think so.

Q: Did Alanco make a profit in the 4th Qtr ended Dec?
A: Market Guide shows a loss of 1 cent/sh.

Any thoughts on their ability to borrow money to finance growth?

Q: When will Wall Street notice this stock...???
A: Hopefully after the fundamentals are great and we have positioned ourselves in the stock.

I'm glad to see so many posts on Alanco. Anyone else besides Paul Bartosh been to a Walmart with a Sgt. Fry Guy?

Lastly, my broker who knows ALAN closely is moving to Bear Stearns from Paine Webber. Here's his new number 800-444-BEAR (2327).

Good fortune to all!
