hi ed...glad you're back...i have "wanted posters" of you, Chuzz, and Michelle Harris hanging in the office <g> You added good points. I will again emphasize that the situation currently in Venezuela is dire...interest rates have been crushing, and the unemployment rate has gone up significantly...The easy way out for Venezuela will be to dump oil....it will take a lot of discipline (which, Venezuela has not shown in the past) to remain within the current "quotas".. One wild card, Hugo Chavez (their new President)...Ex-military, strong-willed...he was the one who helped put together the recent cuts...he may have the courage to stick with the agreement. I would not bet on it....also, the Saudis have been known to break an agreeement or two in the past <G>
