Ten - Re: "What does high-end video editing have to do with tootie-frootie iMacs? ;-)" MACs have been the workhorse for TV - Studio editing for years - since the first software companies designed their software for those systems. Remember, these users - like the publishing folks - liked the simplicity of the MAC and graphical interface when it first came out - long before Windows became useable. There are many die hards that still cling to MAC systems, but nearly all software is now available on WIntel machines. Paul
