Dont loose site of the actual life of the sats should exceed the contracts requirements of "...full use, 7.5 years minimum..." . I am not familiar with the safety factors and such they used but I would say 1.2 - 1.5 would not be unreasonable. That would put an expected (in-house) design life to 10 years. Any one care to send me a private email and confirm the numbers? Jeff Vayda
