earnings out... .14 for the Q. I am presuming, although I am not 100% certain, that this will be the approximate dividend that we will be paid. I am a little hazy, but I think, that in order to maintain REIT status, the company must pay out 95% of earnings. We shall see as more details come out. I think this release is very good.
