Ideas from reading SGD's 10 K and Annual Report ? Could be interesting SGD's 10 K: sec.gov Seems like SGD will soon recover $500,000 of the family lawsuit '98's expense and settlement total of $1 mln . Res Q (retinol) should benefit 1Q 99 sales as the initial fill takes place against an '98 supply and license payment . Bad news is Res Q is outsourced and may slow Alpha Hydrox sales . Res Q has prompted NEW advertising and SGD seems interested in doing the same for its entire product line . They need help here and shareholder suggestions were solicited . SGD's Aplha Hydrox web site has been improved but the others need to be . Shame that this effort has lagged as SGD was one of the 1st to embrace the web . SGD has tied in its web identity to its TV spots . Hopefully quicker responding sites with valuable content should keep the product moving . The family lawsuit took its toll last year . SGD has a good balance sheet and product identity , so 1999 should be a much improved year . 1Q 99's immenient report should be an indicator. Jim K.
