Roberta, of course they don't have to report anything to the SEC. After all, this is MRPS. It is obvious that some of the "hypsters" don't have the slightest idea how Standard and Poor's works or how the SEC works. Some are posting that the financials will be released on Monday or Tuesday. We shall see. LOL
