I found it on the COMS thread. If it's true, it suggests a very different picture of how stocks get moved around than I've had.

I've been trying to think through a more considered posting about forecasting short term movement per our chat last week. I rather think I'm overmatched in this problem and expect that I'll only come up with mushy generalities.
