I too just got off the phone with Myles and the information Brian reported is accurate and what I was told...Anyone who disputes this, or wishes to continue to post information which contains no basis or research can call the company and verify this for themselves. As I am typing this Myles is on the phone with the attorney's as to the proper procedures for the SEC filings.. Sprintcar
