Eric, I beat you to it, well here is my take,it was a fantastic conference call. I have a lot of significant things to report. The main customers this quarter were AT&T at 22% the largest single customer. The next 3 customers they did not break down, but were COX,TWX and RCNC. The big news to me and I thought this was what is was for,is that Bell South is buying products. I know they tested their MetroDWDM product about a year ago,but guess what, now they are a customer. The high powered 1550 nm transmitters for for BLS,for FTTC,wow, BIG NEWS!! BLS is moving ahead with FTTC for video services! International was 42%,domestic was 58%. Transmitters were 50%,receivers were 40% and digital was 10%. Cyberstream has a new customer in Europe(unnamed),and the VSAT system has a big customer in Canada(unnamed). Gross margins increased to 41%,and DSO was 62,outstanding! AT&T is using MetroLinkDWDM systems in 4 new installations, that takes the number up to 10 major metropolitan cities! Those cities are Chicago(I guess GIC screwed up),Denver,Reno, and Dallas. T is planning on using HLIT and MetroDWDM for a majority of the upgrades to TCOMA!!. COX loves the scalable optical nodes, because as more subs come on line you can decrease the node size from 500 to 250 down to 125 subs per node. Trials of Transcend are going on in Europe and in a number of major MSO's here. The bad news is Golden Channels is delayed in Israel due to political issues, and revenues will not come on line until the third quarter at the earliest. I expected them to be in this quarter. Everyone was giving high fives, including that Turd Kevin Slocum from Soundview(snake in the grass). Hiram |
