Eric, JR mentioned that the "poison pill" expired 2 days ago...can you elaborate a bit on that? What was involved, and will it/does it have an effect on the future of AAPL? Also, when does AAPL lose the beneficial tax rate that they currently hold? What, IYO, are the implications of that?
