Actually, the problem is from one of IQC's Internet Service Providers. Their connection to IQC's servers are down. Normally, IQ Chart uses several internet providers, but in this case all of IQ Chart's traffic has been switched to one of them. This has slowed down the service. I will post an update as I find out more information. Howard
