The successful attempts to keep the stock price down has caused or could and will cause additional expense for TSIG. Exactly the opposite of what everyone wants and is complaining about. Even with what I know and suspect about the progression of TSIG, I would hesitate buying right now even with the news.

TSIG, as with many corporations, is and probably will continue looking for favorable financing. The major factor in the terms is the stock price and it's acceptability. The efforts to keep the investors from buying in has slowed the buying to the point that the dissatified sellers are being barely replaced at this moment.

That causes any financial agreement to be made, if necessary, at .40 instead of .60 or .90 or higher. Examine who is on the side of TSIG and your investment closely and determine which is causing you problems.

Would the problems be coming from the place that has continued to produce tremendous growth news or from the sources that have been saying the company is not performing and trying diligently to screw you.

Paul Henry has repeatedly asked where these people are. They do not call and ask questions. They have their own agenda. Look at the stock and the attempts of TSIG to raise it and the efforts of some to lower it. Which appears to be on the side of the investor.
