More... ================================ An update. I have been informed by the engineers that they found and solved the problems. However, the solution involves changing some routing and it will be several hours before the entire world has the necessary DNS changes. They have been broadcasting the DNS changes for about 15 minutes now. This means that people will gain access to the service at different times as the DNS propagates around the world. This should also allow more X.25 access as well.
