LVLT will, over time, win greater strategic accounts and that will educate the street

I absolutely agree with you. I was trying to pick one company last week between qwst and lvlt, Ipicked lvlt. There two companies have completely different business models. In the long run, lvlt will standout as a major carrier in the us while qwst will continue to be a bandwidth reseller. anybody in the business understands that the revenue source for carriers from selling services is much greater than selling bandwith. However, in the short term, bandwidth is drawing as much revenue as anything if not bigger.

While lvlt is getting ducks in place for selling services, they are selling bandwidth to get revenue. However, as I understand, they have already start selling native IP services to corporation to replace traditional WAN interfaces (i.e. FR and ATM). The business plan for long term growth has a huge upside IMHO.
