Just to clarify, they are not reconsidering statements, but they wish to report earnings in the same manner a majority of companies do on the t.s.e. - with an official audit. I believe they are doing this because of anticipation of a possible spike in their share price short term which will allow them a greater chance of nasdaq acceptance. With the nasdaq, everything is done by the book, including audited quarterly financials. Would not sell here, but add on any short dips in price. JMO.
