Coincidence? Perhaps, I won't pay for a Marilyn Manson CD, but one of the songs on the "Portrait of An American Family" was called "Lunchbox" and according to one of the reviewers it a song about "a school yard revenge fantasy gone horribly awry."

BTW, I also saw a clip of a MM interview on MTV where he was asked about his "funeral" and I going to have to paraphrase, but he said something like his idea of a great funeral would be the mourners come to the funeral and get blown up. That appears to be exactly what the shooters had in mind by booby trapping their bodies with bombs....hoping the mourners coming to see the bodies get blown up? Yeah, lot's of co-incidences here.
