I was told by someone at the company that there would be an announcement in a couple of days by the other company.

Also, NYRR is in negotiations to operate track down south and to acquire a trucking company.

I make no claim as to the accuracy or truth of those statements. I am only passing on what I was told by a spokesperson at NYRR.
