ERA West Inc. Appoints Mr. Larry L. Walker as Chief Technical Officer OCALA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 22, 1999--ERA West Inc. (OTC BB:ERAW) a provider of Internet access, web design, web development and Voice over Internet Protocols (VoIP), through its various holdings, today announced that Mr. Larry L. Walker has been named as its Chief Technical Officer, replacing Mr. Josh Eikov, who has left the company to pursue other interests.

Mr. Walker brings over 30 years computer industry experience including software development, operating systems, real time systems and technical / corporate strategies. His joins ERA West from PEAK Solutions, where he served as president and effectively developed knowledge management solutions for industry, government, and education. Mr. Walker served a 21 year tenure with Sperry Corporation, eventually in the position as Director responsible for Sperry's Corporate-Wide Artificial Intelligence program, setting up artificial intelligence centers in the US, Europe and Japan. Additionally, he helped implement Sperry's Corporate Strategy for their entry into the UNIX platform business (NYSE:UIS) (http://www.unisys.com). During his term, he successfully developed various system applications such as software development, multi-processing architecture and operating systems for various commercial and governmental uses on a global basis.
