Yes, Jon, exactly right! Also....one clarification from my last post.

When I said placing good til cancelled or daily limit buy order just below the bid/ask, I was talking about a strategy that is best employed for those of us who already have a lot of stock.

In other words, the attitude is one of "Hey MM's... If you want to play your games and give us stock cheap, fine....I'll take more at sales prices".

HOWEVER... if you are a new investor or want to get a good position before the stock takes off, then it is important to not get greedy and buy whenever you feel the price is right.

Because more often than not, when you are waiting for a stock to dip a few cents, it gets discovered by the big boys, and it is a dollar or two higher in a couple days or hours!

It happened to me a lot in the past. That is why I always pay the current price when I am establishing my position, because why does it matter if you get in at $2.10 or $2.30 if you think the stock is going to $8- 12 by year end.
