Joe, I appreciate your response. So you think this stock is dead in the water, correct? There is one sentence I am having a little trouble with. Why would the CEO have 5 mil of his own money in this company and then want it to fail? You didn't say whether he dumped his stock. Did he and when? There should be some documentation on this. Is this what brought the price down? Still would like to get the whole picture on this puppy!
