I hope Marty calls Gordo and asks him (as only he can) to retire those shares.
Todays actions makes it even more clear that we need Marty or an exact clone of Marty on the BOD. Any one who thinks this is a good idea should express your feelings to Marty publicly and to TSIG via e-mail and phone calls.

Ooops, first maybe we should make sure Marty would take on such a responsibility.
