Champ, I don't think they can do that, and why would they do that? The only scenario I can imagine would have to do with conversions from warrants or preferred... and that's an already known amount (fully diluted, etc.) They have enough money to do what they want and the right people are in place, so why would they do that? Often your points make sense to me, this one does not.
