Again, please read the S-3! ACTV is not, repeat, IS NOT issuing new shares of stock. Do not take my word for it though. Call the SEC or a competent securities attorney and they will gladly explain to you the mechanics behind a S-3. Now I cannot deny that the selling pressure lately could be the result of the "Selling Shareholders" listed in the S-3 actually selling their newly registered shares, but this is at worst a short term problem. And do not be concerned that they "know" something. The vast majority of the institutions and individuals listed in the S-3 are not privy to any inside information about ACTV. Most have no connection with the day to day operations of the company. In other words, you, if you you do your due diligence, are as enlightened as they are. (Except that most of us did not "load the boat" with IATV at $1.25 per share like they did!) Do not sweat this downdraft. Use it as an entry point (or averaging down opportunity) and be ready to celebrate, in time. How much time? Somewhere between 1 day to 1 year. Sooner is of course better than later, but even after a year $40+ per share will feel pretty good!

Long and Strong,
Scott Heiman
