lwd, The stock shoots up to 42 after the earnings are released, and then tanked to 37.xx. I guess people are still worried about the 300M shares put on sale. This is really bad. Barons have an article a couple of weeks back telling how the insiders at Yahoo etc... managed to sell a large portion of their holdings without disrupting the stock price. H.T. may need to find out how the Yahoo folks did it for his remaining and future shares. Do you know how we can verify that the sale has been done? No F4 form yet at Edgar. Looking at the stock movement today, I might have answered myself. //V
