I sent off an e-mail about Yorkton to the Ontario Securities Commission this AM. Don't expect they'll do anything. I just sent an e-mail to Bloomberg however.. maybe a little press will throw some light on what they're doing!!! I really think everybody should try and address this by bringing it to the attention of as many publications and regulatory bodies as possible. I'm not saying they are doing anything wrong ... but I want to know for sure that they aren't! Any company which downgraded a stock to maintain a low price and then turned around and accumulated for their house position would clearly be open to charges of manipulation and could easily get their license revoked.
