No confusion here. Thanks for defining "current liability" but that's not the point. The point is the Company didn't say that ALL obligations ( that's the word they used in the release, not liability, if you want to get technical as your reply might indicate) were met. So any prudent investor might wonder what may be left and when it may be due. I haven't looked today but if the 10-K hasn't been released yet the Company needs to get off the dime (if they can find one) and get that done. Then as I said earlier we'll all be able to make our own decisions about the prospects of ABMI.
