It is still a great trade. By my reckoning, even after today's run up, a purchase of DLIA @ 19.75 is a purchase of TURF @ 14.50. Remember that at the IPO price, DLIA was valued at a $10/share premium to TURF. I don't necessarily believe we will see that premium anytime soon, but parity is certainly achievable in the near term. And if TURF rallies, as I think it will, the trade is a homerun. It still doesn't get any better than this.
