I've now sent e-mails off to the OSC, TSE, Globe and Mail and Bloomberg to see if I can get a review done of the Yorkton situation. Even if Yorkton were acting for a large client at this point... well that would be totally inappropriate but they are clearly a net market buyer this week. As I said earlier, I'm not accusing them of stock manipulation.. but I want to know that everything is above board! I'm sure the TSE wants to make sure they're squeaky clean on this one as well. I'll let you know if any of them even acknowledge my correspondence.
