What struck me about the EE Times article was the gathering of forces opposed to adoption of drdram. Specific near term plans appear to be in place that could result in a complete ddr pc without intels help. The quote from McComas regarding 'OEM orders for drdram plummeting' was painfull to read, even if it is unsubstantiated or delay related.
