Jim:

I have been saying for sometime that I expect revenues to be up 50 percent or more over the Christmas quarter. I initially said 60 percent, but believe 50 percent is more achievable. (I also think eBay may have saved some for this quarter. They left about $300 uncharged to my credit card in seller fees until after March 31.)

$28M to $32M is my forecasted revenue range.

Earnings? I don't even pay attention to those right now. Because eBay's gross margins are so high, they can bring profits up whenever they want to.

I imagine they spent a lot on marketing this past quarter.

My guess on earnings per share is 4 or 5 cents.

I am guessing they will announce a 2:1 stock split, though I am hoping for a 3:1.
