well, few things... 1)http://www.companysleuth.com/framewrap.cfm?LOC=www.insidertrader.com/infonautics/form4search/Ticker?value=EFAX&Module=insider never seen so many 144s lined up! 2) 300 million cap for a service that others have 3) we still don't know how the company wants to make money. They will not be bought out! Jfax, Wavecall and many others have the same service... 4) The CEO went on CNBC and said that "distant" insiders are selling, while him and other insider pigs running the company are filing and selling. 5) CFO resigned 6) they are bleeding cash ------ so, this is why I think this business(eFAX) stinks! In My Humble Opinion Of Course.
