2) 300 million cap for a service that others have The fact that others have the service does not invalidate the market cap. Other factors might, but not competition. We will see what happens when JFAX IPOs, for then we will have another company to compare against re: marketcap. 3) we still don't know how the company wants to make money. They will not be bought out! Jfax, Wavecall and many others have the same service... I do not follow your logic that because they have competitors with a similar service it means they will not get bought out. 5) CFO resigned He took a position at another company. There are several reasons to do so. Perhaps he was fleeing efax, or perhaps the new company offered him a boatload of money to move. We don't know.
